Your privacy is critically important to us. PDFusion is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or documents to any external server.
PDFusion never collects:
If enabled, anonymous crash reports may be collected via third-party services (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) to help us improve app stability. These reports do not contain personal data or document content.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., which features are most used) to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is included.
All document processing - including merging, splitting, scanning, and converting - happens entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We have zero access to your documents.
PDFusion may request only the permissions strictly necessary for its functionality:

PDFusion offers optional premium subscriptions to unlock advanced features. Subscriptions are processed entirely through Google Play Billing — we do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
All subscription purchases, renewals, and payment processing are handled by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status (active/inactive) to unlock premium features - no payment details, card numbers, or billing addresses are shared with us.
Since PDFusion does not require an account or sign-in, your subscription is tied to your Google Play account. You can restore your purchase at any time using the Restore Purchase button on the Subscription screen.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Tapping Cancel Subscription in the app will direct you to the Google Play subscriptions page where you can manage or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Since all processing is on-device and no data is transmitted to our servers, your documents remain fully under your control. We recommend keeping your device secure with a screen lock and keeping the app updated.
PDFusion is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through app updates or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
