PDFusion is a mobile application that allows users to merge, split, convert, scan, and manage PDF documents. The app operates fully offline - no account or internet connection is required for core functionality.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDFusion for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You are solely responsible for:

• The documents and files you process using PDFusion
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access, edit, and share any documents used within the app
• Keeping your device secure

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding within PDFusion — including the name "PDFusion" and its logo — are the intellectual property of the developer. All rights reserved.

PDFusion may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, cloud storage) for file access and sharing. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

PDFusion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use PDFusion, including but not limited to loss of data or documents.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via app updates.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to PDFusion at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the developer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
