By downloading, installing, or using PDFusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PDFusion is a Android mobile application that allows users to merge, split, convert, scan, and manage PDF documents. The app operates fully offline - no account or internet connection is required for core functionality.
PDFusion offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.
All subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Your payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
If you have previously purchased a subscription, and it is not reflected in the app (e.g., after reinstalling), use the Restore Purchase button on the Subscription screen to re-activate your plan. Restoration is tied to your Google Play account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Tapping Cancel Subscription within the app will redirect you to the Google Play Store subscription management page, where you can cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you will retain access to premium features until then. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect upon your next renewal period.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDFusion for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding within PDFusion - including the name "PDFusion" and its logo - are the intellectual property of the developer. All rights reserved.
PDFusion integrates with the following third-party services. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
PDFusion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use PDFusion, including but not limited to loss of data or documents.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via app updates.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to PDFusion at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the developer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
